Parties and payment processing

Koopfy Payments LLC (Koopfy) is the supplier and operator of the products described on the applicable offer page. Integrated payment providers and their financial partners provide payment processing and related checkout services for eligible purchases. Koopfy remains responsible for product descriptions, pricing, delivery, account access, customer support, cancellations and product refunds.

Purchases processed by Whop

Where a purchase is processed through Whop Payments, Whop acts as merchant of record for card-network rules and payment settlement only and will be identified as the payment processor on the customer’s statement. Koopfy Payments LLC remains the product supplier and is identified to the buyer at checkout and on the receipt. Koopfy is responsible for the product, delivery, access, support and product-related refund decisions.

Product and delivery

Koopfy Academy is a digital education and software-access ecosystem. Following successful payment, the customer receives access through a Koopfy customer account and confirmation at the email used during checkout. No physical product is shipped.

Access periods

• Monthly subscriptions provide 30 days of access per paid term.
• Annual subscriptions provide 365 days of access per paid term.
• Every offer has a fixed, clearly disclosed access period.
• Features and credit allowances are those displayed for the selected plan at checkout.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew at the disclosed cadence until cancelled. Customers may cancel before the next renewal through the available account or support channel. Cancellation prevents the next charge and access continues until the end of the current paid term.

Pricing and taxes

The binding price, currency, billing cadence and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Koopfy does not rely on portfolio ranges as a substitute for the exact checkout price.

EU, EEA and UK digital-content rights

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Where permitted by law, immediate delivery of digital content begins only after the buyer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that the withdrawal right may be lost once access, streaming or downloading begins. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and payment information.
• Keep account credentials secure and do not resell or share access.
• Use the products lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Review renewal and cancellation terms before authorizing payment.
