• Income, investment or performance guarantees and deceptive financial claims.
• Unlicensed financial, gambling, credit-repair or money-transmission services.
• Medical diagnosis, treatment or cure claims and unsupported health representations.
• Fraud, impersonation, misleading advertising, spam or artificial engagement.
• Content that violates intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Malware, credential theft, abusive automation or attempts to bypass platform controls.
• Creation or distribution of illegal, exploitative or otherwise prohibited material.

AI-assisted output

Autopilot and Intelligence provide decision support and drafts. Customers must review accuracy, claims, rights and legal compliance before publishing or acting on any output. No output is a guarantee of commercial, financial or health outcomes.

Enforcement

Koopfy may investigate activity, restrict features, suspend access or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, customers will receive notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Report suspected misuse to support@koopfy.com with sufficient detail for investigation.
